Lunch today was a kitchen sink salad

Lunch today was a raw salad with organic spring mix, organic carrots and some cucumbers I had saved with vinegar. I make my own oil and vin dressing at the beginning of the week…it has garlic, lemon and garden basil.

Then I had these basked tostadas that were gonna go stale so I broke those into chips. Guacamole was about to go bad so that topped the chips. A leftover Greek burger from last weeks cookout was crumbled on top.

oh…can’t forget the salsa …
