This is the grass-fed beef slider INHALED last night by George. I was trying out the spice seasoning I got off the web (Emeril's.) I really didn't have time to set up the shoot ... I was too busy trying to fend George away from the table. Geesh!

This is the grass-fed beef slider INHALED last night by George. I was trying out the spice seasoning I got off the web (Emeril’s.) I really didn’t have time to set up the shoot … I was too busy trying to fend George away from the table. Geesh!

I’m super excited about our 4th of July cookout!

It gets me out of my comfort zone and onto new recipes (like vegan baked beans, new spice combos for sliders and this snappy crunchy coleslaw.)
This year might be close to 20 people in and out from around 2 to 7.
We love doing it this way cause we think it gives people and chance to say their hellos and go about their 4th of July traditions.
I love entertaining and I love being able to relax and enjoy my friends. So, this means I take the stress off by super duper project management skills.
It’s not everyone’s way … it’s my way …
I sat down last night and wrote a LIST of what needs to happen between now and then to be PREPARED.
(Now you know how much I need my yoga teacher to tell me to RELAX! I think he even told me this morning — taking me into a difficult posture — I needed to look up the word ‘RELAX’ — in the dictionary. LOL!)
Writing up a MEGA LIST like this takes a load off, lessens my anxiety, or the feeling I’m missing something… (and this is a state my husband very much appreciates 🙂
