Yep, that’s right. We’re crazy!

Tis the season for cookies and cakes!

But not for us.

Yesterday we unloaded the fridge of all contraband, including the sugary ketchup and barbecue sauce — and a sweet teriyaki marinade I put on virtually every stir fry. WHHHHAAAAAAAA!

Hubby is gonna be cutting out the Coffee Mate Hazelnut Creamer (5g sugar per serving, btw). (I never thought I’d see that New Yorker use soy milk as a substitute, but he said he would. Ha!)

Boy, this is gonna be FUN!!

And, if I might add…a true test of a marriage…two people coming off sugar together 🙂

We can have apples, oranges and bananas and fruit. And, of course, all of the veggies and clean protein.

Then, there’s the full page of ’sugars’ we have to avoid.
